Eddy Kim, the man with the pure voice. I tell you I can just listen to his voice the whole day! I just saw through my app:interpark by coincidence that he is going to have a concert here in Korea. The price is also just right so without doubt i went to buy the ticket. The concert was held in Sogang University located in Seoul. I clearly remember that day, the rain was heavy nevertheless I together with a friend push through and went to the concert. The journey was worth it. The moment he opened his mouth sweet melodies went through my ears. Throughout the concert he interacted with fans and I tell you he gives the best fan service! He went around the area and shook hands with fans! His English is fluent as expected! I've been to countless concerts here in Korea but I have to tell you that he sings live! He is good with guitar but I am in love with his voice! Most fans were 20 to 30 but there were some fans who were in their teens.

As I told you i went to a lot of college festivals, well not really a lot but I went to 3. This college festival was the most disappointing among the three. Hannam college festival was held for three days. The first day was with VASCO and STELLAR (sorry I didn't go to stellar) then second day was just college students and the third and the last day was SISTAR.(not worth it)
SHOW ME THE MONEY 3 contestant- VASCO
VASCO is one of the biggest named rappers out there after the hit survival program SHOW ME THE MONEY 3. However he is also one of the underrated rappers among international K-POP fans. He has been in the industry for 14 years but still joined the show. Another surprising fact about VASCO is that he is married and he already has kids. With his appearance on the festival Hip Hop fans were enjoying to every beat of it. His performance displayed maturity and sincerity. There were some technical function such as the mic going out at times however he maintained his professionalism on stage. And yes, his body is ripped.

SISTAR One of the most anticipated and talked about girl group in the year 2014.
They were the most talked about performers among the three performers coming to Hannam. Not allowing myself to be in the year 2007 fan girl of me I decided to go. Little did I know they were no par to girls generation or even 4minute. I am not an anti fan or whatever but it was disappointing to hear them lip-sync and just have a few interaction among the audience. Maybe they are tired from countless performance but I kind of wished that fame did not over work them and force them to do a soulless performance. Nonetheless, they were able to prove their fame by making their male fans go gaga over them. and yes, i was not able to see them because of the fans.
Yes, this is my view.. I am not kidding
Sorry there were just too many distractions like people pushing and no view so I couldn't film much.

Last night, I went to this place called “Hongdae”. For those
K-pop fans I am pretty sure that “Hongdae” is one of the places in your “to go”
list. Well, I am a concert blogger however come to think of it I often go to
those kinda mainstream artists here in Korea. I tried going around and looking
for raw talents in the center of the arts pub here in Korea which is Hongdae.
8pm is the peak time to these performers. Buskers are
everywhere in Hongdae. Street passers gather around those beautiful melodies
and just sink in to the gravity of time. There were around 5 performers that I
personally witnessed.

What I meant by “bestfriend” is
his guitar. Those God-given fingers were flying over the place. Crowds were
loving every single moment of it. He was interacting with the crowds and were
teasing the crowds. Below are some clips of his performance. And yes, there
were some fans who stayed until he finished and even asked to take a photo with
him.

Judging by the title you guys
have an idea of what I am talking about right? Yes, that’s right they’re
dancers. I was amazed at how they dance. I tell you I personally dance myself
but the way that they dance lead me to a total different world. Those guys were
dancing to girl group idol songs and I tell you they were more gentle compare to
those girls.

jokes and gags every couple of minutes and the crowd were loving it. Unless you
have a sufficient range of Korean you might not understand what he is saying.
But this is actually a raw concept to showcase 2 different talents mixed together.

when he sings every girlthat passed by
fell in love with thatsweet voice of
his. It was sweet and romantic that definitely conquered the time of fall. He
sings to different songs and he himself played the guitar and immerse in the
universe of music. (omg, i gave him some money and water!!)

on the move
They were teasing the crowds,
moving the hearts of the listeners. The melodies that resonates in the ears and
those notes that move the bars enabled one to believe in the magic of music.
They were grooving and were seeing.
Overall, the experience of this road of raw talents enabled
me to see and appreciate music at a different scale. What is music without
expression? Music is definitely a form of art that reaches out to different
people.
